With 19 acres of large open lawns, ponds, streams, and natural gardens in the heart of Birmingham, Railroad Park offers an inspiring, beautiful landscape in an urban setting. Visited by more than 500,000 people annually and hosting more than 300 community activities each year, Railroad Park continues to spur exciting transformation across our city. Whether you visit Railroad Park for exercise, a family picnic, to read a book, listen to a concert, or celebrate a special occasion, we are proud to serve as Birmingham’s Front Lawn – a welcoming green space attraction for all to enjoy!
